Boil the Water

• Use fresh cold water (preferably filtered).
• Heat until just before boiling (around 90–95°C / 194–203°F).
• Do not over-boil, as it reduces oxygen, affecting flavor.

2. Measure the Tea

• Use 1 teaspoon (2.5 g). of loose tea leaves per cup (200 ml).
• For stronger tea, add more leaves—not more time.

3. Steep

• Pour the hot water over the tea leaves in a teapot or infuser.
• Let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
• 3 min: Light and aromatic
• 5 min: Stronger and bolder

4. Strain and Serve

• Strain the leaves and pour into a cup.
• Enjoy it straight, or with milk/honey/lemon based on your taste.
